Personal Care Homes

A service staff is on station for 24 hours. They also employ intensive monitoring of their resident’s condition and engages them in necessary, productive, and enjoyable activities to be occupied with.

Assisted Living Facilities

Assisted living facilities are subculture communities that offer non-skilled assistance to seniors and PWDs to accomplish their daily living activities – eating, transferring, grooming, bathing, toileting, dressing, and other self-care tasks.

Independent Living Arrangements

Independent Living Arrangements are retirement living facilities that offer individual, fully-functional residential suites and apartments for individuals in a semi-community setting with shared meals and set conferential activities to enjoy.

Community Living Arrangements

“Community living arrangement” means a housing facility for persons with disabilities that is approved, authorized, certified or licensed by the State. A community living arrangement may include a group home, foster home or intermediate care facility.

Nursing Homes

Hospice Homes

Hospice homes are privately operated establishments that cater to patients facing the end of life. Their services are mainly focused on the maintenance of the emotional and spiritual morale of the individual, while keeping them in the best of health. Hospice services involve the family and the loved ones in forming a support system.

Traumatic Brain Injury

Traumatic brain injury (TBI) is a non-degenerative, non-congenital insult to the brain from an external mechanical force, possibly leading to permanent or temporary impairment of cognitive, physical, and psychosocial functions, with an associated diminished or altered state of consciousness.

Home Health Agencies/Private Home Care

Home health care agencies and home care companies can be private or public to ownership. Home health differs from home care in the extent of the medical service given. Home care provides non-skilled services to patients. Nonetheless, both of which specialize in bringing the care to the patients’ residences where they are more at ease and near the people important to them.
